XClutch 6-bolt twin disc clutch kit

For BMW 135i/335i N54 applications with a 6-bolt crankshaft. Two options are available: Organic (XKBM23594-2G) and Ceramic (XKBM23594-2E).

Confirm the crankshaft before ordering

XClutch places the 6-bolt change at approximately January 2009 production. Verify the actual crankshaft and manual transmission; model year alone is not enough. For an eight-bolt crankshaft, use the 8-bolt listing.

Organic option: XKBM23594-2G

• Rigid twin organic discs with a lightweight alloy pressure plate.
• Manufacturer torque rating: 890 lb-ft, including its safety factor.
• Disc diameter: 9 1/16 inches; 26 splines; 1 3/8-inch input shaft.
• Includes performance flywheel, bolts, release bearing, pilot bearing and alignment tool.

Choosing a material

The organic version targets performance street use; the ceramic option targets track use. Match the chosen variant to your torque target and installer’s advice. Organic specifications above should not be used as the ceramic rating.
