One of the most common support emails is from customers who cannot get their computer to connect to the Re|Flex as a result of using a USB Micro Cable that is for charging devices only. As such, we decided to offer a cable that you can be sure will connect without issues.

This 6ft USB Micro to USB Type A cable is the perfect accessory to setup, program, and tune your Re|Flex. It meets USB 2.0 Hi-Speed specifications and is backwards compatible with USB 1.0 and 1.1.

Not all items are covered by warranty. Items including warranty, will clearly state that there is warranty within the product description. Most of these items will be a standard 1-year warranty against manufacture defects. You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping and handling. We will fix/replace that item with a product that is in working condition if you meet the warranty criteria. Please note that you will be allowed ONLY 1 claim within the year for that product.
