Fuel-It! CANfuel Sequential Port Fuel Injection Controller (BETA)

Fuel-It! CANfuel allows your ECU to control up to 8 fuel injectors sequentially in addition to an ethanol content sensor, low fuel pressure sensor, extra pressure sensors, EGT probes, external fuel pumps, and much more. All using the same CANbus technology your ECU already uses to communicate with factory control modules!

We’ve redesigned sequential port injection control from the ground up for an easier install, safer operation, and maximum flexibility. With an industry-leading 8 analog inputs, including 5v and signal ground references built in, you'll never run out of sensor I/O. For maximum flexibility we also include 5 analog outputs perfect for running external gauges, signal clamps, and more. And CANfuel even includes onboard Bluetooth for use with our free Android/iOS app!

A lot of engineering time has gone into the CANfuel design to set it apart from the competition. For example should it ever fail to get or lose sync with the crankshaft its programmed to revert to batch fire safety mode ensuring your engine never skips a beat. And our high current PWM outputs are setup to source 12v allowing you to ground the other side of your solenoid, relay, etc, for simpler and more reliable wiring!

CANfuel is housed in a rugged weatherproof aluminium enclosure and includes a high quality plug and play harness system. Our G Chassis harness fits all G chassis automatic transmission vehicles, while our universal harness is suitable for all other BMW applications, including G chassis manual transmission, F chassis, and E chassis.

CANfuel has the following operational modes:

JB4 Slave Mode (available now): Those running a JB4 will use slave mode for seamless JB4 tuning integration. In this mode, the CANfuel box integrates with your JB4 allowing it to fully control all the new I/O including sequential fuel injection, ethanol sensor/fuel pressure inputs, external boost solenoids, monitor injection status, and more, right from the JB4 app. The JB4 PI algorithm is configured to accommodate tip-in, auto-tuning based on various ethanol mixtures, low fuel pressure scaling, and much more. In addition, with unlocked ECUs, we provide free unlocked MHD backend flash maps that allow for real-time ECU scaling based on port injection volume and ethanol mixture on the fly. All without having to pay for expensive custom flash tuning!

Stand Alone Operation (coming soon!): In this mode, CANfuel operates independently allowing direct port injection mapping using our free CANfuel Bluetooth app. Featuring a 32x32 primary injection table with modifiers for ethanol mixture, fuel pressure, tip-in, EGT, full external solenoid boost PID control, and much more. And our free app allows real-time tuning adjustment!

ECU Slave Mode (coming soon!): In this mode, CANfuel fully integrates with your custom MHD-tuned ECU, similar to JB4 Slave mode, allowing the ECU to fully control port injection, external boost solenoids, read external inputs, monitor injection status, and more.

CANfuel includes onboard Bluetooth and a free app. The app allows you to independently monitor and log all CANfuel I/O, injector current, and a variety of passive CANbus data being pulled in such as engine temperatures, gear, vehicle speed, and more. Useful for diagnostics or when operating in stand-alone mode. In addition the app lets you load free CANfuel firmware updates with new features and functions as we release them! All without having to struggle with a laptop.
