Ford Explorer 8.8 IRS Billet Aluminum Differential Bushings

Replace the aging, cracked rubber bushings in your Ford Explorer-style 8.8 IRS differential with solid billet aluminum mounts for a stronger and more precise installation.

Each bushing is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in gold anodizing for corrosion protection and a clean appearance. The knurled outer surface provides a secure fit in the differential housing, helping prevent movement under hard launches and high drivetrain loads.

Remove the original bushings, thoroughly clean the differential bores, and press the new aluminum bushings into place.

Optional Lower Mounting Washer

Add our billet aluminum lower mounting washer for a clean, properly supported installation. This washer fits perfectly against the underside of the differential and is used with all of our Ford 8.8 conversion kits.

• Provides a flat, secure lower mounting surface

Available Versions

• Standard Height - Matches the original Ford bushing dimensions. Used with our BMW E46 as well as custom installations requiring the OEM mounting height.
• Slim Height - Features a reduced profile that allows the differential to be mounted higher in the chassis for improved clearance. Used with select chassis-specific Ford 8.8 conversion kits.
