Designed specifically for the BMW G42 M240i B58 platform, this system is available in both stainless steel and titanium and features a massive 3.5-inch exhaust diameter from the downpipe back.

Unlike generic systems designed around previously modified vehicles, our original G42 M240i performance exhaustwas developed using a brand-new, completely stock M240i chassis. This allowed us to create extremely accurate fixtures and fabrication jigs, resulting in consistent fitment and quality on every exhaust system we manufacture.

MADE IN THE USA

Every exhaust system is fabricated in-house in the USA, giving us complete control over fabrication, welding, fitment, and final quality.

Each system is fully TIG welded and back-purged using .065-wall material for exceptional strength, clean internal welds, durability, and unrestricted exhaust flow.

OEM EXHAUST VALVE CONTROL

Keep the functionality BMW intended.

Our G42 M240i valved exhaust system allows the factory BMW exhaust valve servo to mount directly to the exhaust system, retaining OEM electronic exhaust valve operation.

No aftermarket valve controller is required.

Most of these items will be a standard 1-year warranty against manufacture defects. You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping and handling. We will fix/replace that item with a product that is in working condition if you meet the warranty criteria. Please note that you will be allowed ONLY 1 claim within the year for that product.
